2004VSA (Very Special Arts Festival) Washington DC Tim's art exhibited in Washington DC June 2004 as part of the Very Special Arts (VSA) Festival The largest arts festival in the world for people with disabilities VSA Arts was founded thirty years ago by Jean Kennedy Smith sister of President John F. Kennedy. Only held once every five years. Tim carried the Australian Flag into the opening ceremony.
